To merge clients, follow the below steps.

Step 1

You have to click on the Settings icon on the top corner of your screen. From the menu, click on Policy → Client Master.

Step 2

Now you have reached a page where you can see all your clients listed. Here, you can see a button called “Merge Clients” on the top. You can click on it.

Step 3

Here you can see two entry fields such as Primary Client and Duplicate Clients.

Primary Client is a drop-down where you can select your primary client from the drop list. Duplicate Clients is a “search and find” field where you can type in the duplicate client names and select them accordingly.

Step 4

When you select these primary and secondary clients, the system will show their corresponding details in a list format for you have to cross verify the details.

Step 5

Now click on the Merge button and all the details from the duplicate client(s) such as their related transactions, policies, endorsements, claims, etc will be merged to the primary client.
