At claims, at NAME column, we are displaying (1) Client Name, (2) Claimant Name, (3) Name of Patient and (4) TPA ID No.
Please make the following changes in the display:
(1) if Client Name is same as Claimant Name, hide Claimant Name.
(2) if Name of Patient is same as either Client Name or Claimant Name, then hide Name of Patient.
(3) Show Claimant Name, Name of Patient and TPA ID No. in small tag.
