1) Introduce Employee Name & Next follow up date in all places where there is follow up. i.e. at (1) Claim processing awaited, and (2) Query Response Awaited.
2) Then, implement the follow up mechanism to click & expand of all claims – where follow up can be done at any stage.
3) Then show the Claims Page in tabs. That is [ All | Due Today | Due Tomorrow | Due This Week | Overdue ] with respect to next follow up date.
