Currently, Available Balance is Insurer Branch Wise.

Give a flag at Organization Master to set Available Balance as one of (1) Insurer Branch Wise
or (2) Total Wise.

For countries where credit is allowed, migrate Available Balance as ‘Total Wise’. Else set it ‘Insurer Branch Wise’.

Also merge Balance Due Report onto Client Accounts.
