Currently, there is an [Add Premium] Button for Endorsements that are Awaited, and does not have a connected premium.
Now, if credit is allowed, then for such organizations, this [Add Premium] button should be available for both Policies & Endorsements – and for policies & endorsements of all status (not just Awaited) as long as they do not have a connected premium.
